Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here are your options:

• Returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

• Repairs / replacements available for manufacturing defects — please send photos within 7 days of receipt.

• Return shipping fees: We cover shipping if the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. If you return for a personal reason, the customer pays return shipping.

• Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the return and issued to the original payment method.
